I have a newbie customer. She responded for the first time after the third & final email referring to my filing a NPB notice with Ebay.
Anyway, I was still accepting PayPal for that auction. She decided to pay through PP but paid the wrong amount. It was only .75 less but this isn't a huge sale. It was a 5.00 sale for my Mom and I make probably .80 after Ebay.
But, it is the principle. I think I remember reading if she adds the other .75 I will be stuck paying PP another .25. Right?
How do I work this? Can I ask her to delete it and have her resend the correct amount? I have only had one other customer and I didn't have any problems.

Yes, it's my understanding that it's best to have HER cancel the payment (presuming you haven't already downloaded it?) and resend the correct amount. You SHALL be charged again a bitty amount on that .75 if she pays by CC as it IS considered a separate transaction.
