Is not showing up in print out so my bider
is not paying of shiping what could I do

Just simply collect the shipping. Don't send your package until then. The bidder knows that shipping is not free! So, the bidder should not have a problem with you asking for the shipping cost. I find that bidders are understanding when things go wrong electronically.
Send an e-mail with an invoice format charging for the item, the shipping and give a total. Then subtract the amount paid so far, and give an amount due. Be very pleasant in your e-mail, explain that the shipping did not show up, so you are reverting to an e-mail request, etc. Thank the bidder for his/her understanding and patience. Be as pleasant as you can.
I would bet your bidder will be more than happy to send you the difference. A smile, even in the written language works wonders.
