Apparently PayPal is also known as Confinity Inc. Their web site is registered to:
Confinity, Inc
394 University Ave.
Palo Alto, CA 94301
US
If you type www.confinity.com into your browser you end right back at PayPal. Just a note... they didn't put a telephone number on file when they filed for the domain name.
The techical contact is a person listed at Netmeridian. I went to http://netmeridian.com/ and thought the web page was interesting. Give it a try. Apparently they don't have any functionality either.
Apparently PayPal was either not important enough or too embarrasing enough to list. By the way, the SecurePilot and DomainGames links aren't functional. I guess we now know why PayPal has problems.
There's very little on this page but my personal favorite is the line that says:
"Yes, we've moved to sunny California. It's much nicer out here"
Apparently, they must have rode the cash cow out there.
