PayPal has a new policy. Any account not verified with a bank account can only get a check sent to
their billing address. I moved in June and updated my PayPal records but when I try to get my money
sent to me it says "A non verified account can only get a check through the mail sent to your billing
address" or words to that effect. I don't have a "billing" address. All I have is my home address which
changed in June and was no problem until 11/1/00.

The little note that pops up says "if you have problems email [email protected]. I did this and
got sent a copy of the rules.

I wrote back and explained my situation and got the EXACT same reply making me feel like a schmuck
for answering the first one. (Kind of like Mr. Rooney in 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' when he rings the door
bell).

All I want is my money sent to my only address which by the way is a street, not PO Box address.

Is there really anybody over there or are they relaxing at a ball game (Bueller reference).
I don't know what to do.

What can I do. I get no help to any emails.
