I had two auctions from my eBay store that I ended yesterday so I could revise them and relist them - and they have yet to show up in my "Closed" area in Sales Manager.

I had three auctions end today from my eBay store, and all three were showing in "Closed"...

Any suggestions?

I would appreciate some assistance on this!

I am deeply concerned that the level of support we are getting is steadily declining. I pay very well for Vendio services, as I am sure many other sellers do also, and feel customer service should be included for what we pay!

You are so right!

I even emailed support to get some help on this, and can't even get a response via email!

I have always been a staunch AW/Vendio supporter and bragged on their services; but honestly, I am getting very disgusted to say the least. I am sure I am not the only seller here shopping around for another auction management company.

Have you tried importing and tracking these items?
If that isn't working for you, please provide some item numbers so I can view this in further detail.
Best Regards,

Hi Darin,

Thank you for your help. Importing didn't work.

I have emailed the auction #s in, and will be happy to email them again. I would prefer not posting my auction #s here.

Thank you

Well, one of the auctions have shown up in Closed.

And now my Closed section is a wreck! I had some items in there that I was checking stock on to relist, and now since Importing added two pages of closed listings, I can't tell what was there to relist.

Any suggestions now????????

The other auction still hasn't shown up in Closed.

I finally got all the Imported auctions cleaned out of Closed, and tried to revise the one auction to relist. It won't accept new photos, so can't relist it.

Exactly what do I have to do to get assistance here? As a paying customer, I refuse to pay for customer service and will NOT use phone support. Is this total disregard to provide assistance to the sellers who support Vendio a sign that you don't need us?

Your initial reply created a huge mess for me and made the situation worse and cost me a lot of time straightening it out.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that tracking in items did not work well with you specific setup. In the future, use the 'Track Other Listings' link at the top of the Sales Manager tab and the second option where you choose the site and provide the item number to track in a specific item if it is missing from your account.

This will trigger 'only' that item, if it is indeed missing and not still appearing in your active section.

Regards,
Christopher

I am still having trouble with my closed auctions not showing up under closed. I tried to locate one using "track other listings" and it didn't work.

There obviously is a problem - is it being addressed and a solution worked out? It's really inconvenient, as it is causing me to do an entirely new auction when all I should be doing is relisting it from closed.

Some assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for the response, Sonya; however, the link is dead so I don't know to what you are referring.

So far it's been well over 2 dozen auctions now that aren't showing up in closed - and every one of them is from my store. I don't know if that has any bearing on it or not - the majority in the past week.

Hello,

I apologize -- I fixed the link so it is working now. If you have item numbers for listings not appearing in closed, we will be able to check into this issue further.

Regards,

Sonya
