Help. I can't find ebay motors in the browse list. Help

When I fire up SMP and click on "New Listing", the first choices given contain the option for eBay Motors, along with eBay, My Store, Amazon, and Yahoo. If you've gotten to the browse list, you've gone too far.

Thank You, I guess I never paid attention to anything in that box besides Ebay. Thank you for responding.
