I have had a few instances when a customer says that the shipping charges are not right when they use Checkout.

Most of my stuff ships at one cost but a few odd items ship at various costs.

Do I have something checked somewhere that overrides each individual auction?

Hello,

Unless you are using USPS Priority calculated, you set up the shipping costs for each auction. The customer cannot edit them in Vendio Checkout. If you have an example you would like us to take a look at, please provide the item ID number and let us know if the shipping is correct or not.
