Ebay has streamlined their procedures for listing my product, video games and video game systems. There are new categories and these are not available in Sales Manager Pro when selecting a category. The two new categories are #62053 and #62054. What do I do?

How often has eBay been updating categories!!?? All this week everytime I start SMP, it gives me the "you have to restart to get the new categories" message" I must have restarted at least 5 times and still get the msg....have they changed that much or is my SMP just not synching correctly??

If you always get the "category update" pop-up, it might be that your Vendio Store categories are inadvertently downloaded on every synchronization (though they have not changed).
To fix this, please go to the online Store Manager, click on Edit Categories, change something in a category name and click Done. If you do not want to keep the updated name, please change it back afterward and click Done again.
Once finished, SMPro will download the categories once more, during the next synchronization; then, the pop-up should not appear again.
