I JUST FIND THE USPS SHIPPING CALCULATOR, BUT ONLY SHIP WITH UPS. HOW CAN I MAKE MY BUYERS ENTER THEIR SHIPPING RATE AT THE END OF THE AUCTION OR WITH BUY IT NOW FOR UPS AND NOT USPS.

Hello,
Unfortunately at this time, we only provide calculated shipping for USPS. I will log a suggestion with Product Development for a UPS calculated shipping on your behalf. For now, you will need to put a flat shipping rate for UPS when listing, or not send the WBN automatically until you obtain the zip code of your buyer -- then get the shipping amount and enter it into the shipping field.
