Hello- I just did a synchronize and tried to create a listing in SMPro and I try to do OK and I get the word Warning! in red letters in a box. I conformed to adding the shipping calculator in my listings, put in weight of package and size but I still receive the message. Can you offer any guidance as Warning does not explain the problem. Hello Katie,
Can you tell us what else the warning message says? It sounds like it's shipping related. Please be sure that if you're offering calculated shipping you're also offering calculated insurance (or no insurance.) eBay will not allow you to offer fixed insurance with calculated shipping.
If you've confirmed this, please provide a little more detail on the warning message so we can look into it.
