Help! I'm trying to update my postage & insurance preferences and keep getting the following error:

Please update the fields marked in red and address the following errors:

Insurance amounts must be valid dollar amounts (example 1.00).

I DO have the insurance rates in valid dollar amounts (example 1.70).

Now what?? Thanks for any help!

Hello,

The problem was with the cost that was entered into the "each additional" field for your custom DHL rates. There was a space instead of a 0 before the decimal point. I have corrected the problem for you, and you should no longer be getting this error. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.
