Could those of you including Paypaldamon please share their experience or knowledge on the following?
If a customer is given a refund of their payment paid for via PayPal are any of the original commission fees paid by seller refundable?
If the customer is refunded these charges via PayPal is the customer assessed a separate commission fee (i.e. deducted from the credit issued by seller) ?
If a customer requests a chargeback are the original PayPal fees refundable?
If a customer requests a chargeback is the seller's position indefensible if it does not fall within the Seller Potection Policy? For example I may have proof of shipment (postal receipt) but no on-line proof of delivery. I don't use delivery confirmation mainly for buyer convenience. I may use insurance if buyer pays but that is not trackable on-line either. Is paper documentation such as postal receipts or customer email irrelevant?
