Couple days ago I logged into my PayPal account to transfer the money out of it and got a screen reminding me to activate my Debit Card. I do not have a debit card with them.

Today I got an e-mail reminding me to activate my PayPal debit card.

How do you shut this off? I do not want these messages and e-mails, I do not have nor want nor ask for a PayPal Debit Card.

Thank You

Jim

Hi,

The clickthrough pages were used to advise customers that one was coming. These are generally used for important announcements or changes in the service. These can't be turned off.

The emails can be under your account Profile. If you are going to do this, please be sure to check the What's New section when you log in on a regular basis to keep up with policy changes.

Hope that helps.

I found it this time. I must have over looked it the first cause I was all over the profile area.

Thank You

Jim
