Paypaldamon..
I have a customer that swears she sent me a payment throught paypal, of course I just thought she had the email address wrong. This morning she forwarded me the conformation note from paypal confirming that payment had been sent to me on April 13th. The email address is correct.. I DO NOT have a payment from her on the 13th, or did or receive an email from paypal informing me that payment had been sent on the 13th. This customer has sent me another payment, however I know in her mind she has paid me twice.
What do I do now??? is this anything you can check out for me?? can I just email paypal to see if they can find out what happened to her first payment??
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Please have the user check the email address they sent payment to. There is probably a typo in the email address or they used the incorrect email domain.
You are more than welcome to send me the information, but this always the cause of the issue. Payments have to be made to the exact email address you are registered with.

It IS happening! I sent a payment two days ago and the seller hasn't received it yet-the mail would have been quicker!

Hi bearmom,
I am not in the office today, but I suggest that you read my post on PAYMENTS. Payments are immediate if the user inputs the correct information (save echeck, which takes 3-5 business days to clear). There is more than likely a problem with the email address (typo) or domain.
