Damon, I had a bidder file a complaint stating that the shorts I sold her were stained, which they were not. Two questions? 1.)Does paypal try to determine quality? If so, that is scary to me. 2.) I got an email on the 1st of May stating it was a "Initial Inquiry". How long does it take to hear back from paypal? Thanks. : (
The claim should be revoked, as we do not allow claims for quality of merchandise (we will note the issue, but that is to keep track of potential fraud).
The claim should be refused once the case is reviewed by a representative.
Did you follow the Seller Protection Program? This will also save you if they file a claim and then attempt a charge back.

Seller protection, I am not 100% sure of what that means? Does that mean if no insurance or delivery conformation was purchased, I have no protection against a chargeback? In this particular case, the buyer did not purchase any insurance or conformation, but I have emails from her stating she got the shorts and also feedback was left (negative) but it did say she got the shorts in the feedback. Thanks.

Oh, one more thing. You said that the claim should be revoked as soon as a rep reviews it........how long does that take? It has been 11 days.
