I DO NOT want the winning bidder notices sent out by paypal and it seem for some reason they are being sent out. How can I turn this feature off and why was it enabled without my knowledge. I am a long time user of this service but if this continues to happen I will be changing to billpoint. Please tell me how to disable this ASAP. I don't need my customers getting more than one notice.

I Could not have, I haven't gone to that page in months until tonight after my auctions trying to figure out how to re-disable it. I have lots of multiple winners and am in the process of damage control from people that don't want 10 seperate e-mails along with the Single Combination mail I provide them. I am pretty upset about this as it makes me look very unprofessional and disorganized. Please look into this. I like this service and have been with it from the begining but I can't afford my customers getting upset.

I went into profile and it was selected that I send out the notices. This was NOT changed by me. I have auctions ending 7 nights a weeks and until tonight this service wasn't used and was disabled. It was not possible for me to do it because I haven't been to those pages. I have now disabled it again and would expect it to stay that way. Thank you for your fast response to my question.

I had the same thing happen to me - I think when I went to insert the Paypal Logos, somehow that turned the WBN back on again.. I also have some upset customers... One person I had no sooner told them they could wait until another auction closed to send payment, when they got this WBN notice, thought I'd changed my mind, and sent payment and asked for it to be shipped ASAP.. not good!!
