I recently registered with PayPal because a customer wanted to pay that way. Now in My Account I see that the money has been processed to PayPal, but how do I get paid? I contacted the buyer and she said that they do not deliver to the door..ok, then how do I get paid? Can anybody expain what's going on? I've checked all over the site, tried to contact them by email -- all with no results. I need to get this resolved...please, anybody! The buyer wants the item asap and I have no idea whether I'll ever see the money.

cmt2k - I believe that Damon, the paypal rep who answers questions on these boards is on vacation. I can try to answer your question, though. It looks like you have signed up and received a payment from a customer. That means that there is some money in your paypal account. So far, so good. Now you need to get that money so that you can spend it. There are a few ways to get at your money. First, you can request a check from paypal via the "Withdraw" link. Just follow the steps outlined and paypal will send you a check. This option will cost you a fee, however. Another option is to register a bank account with paypal and then to "withdraw" the money via an electronic transfer. Again, you can simply follow the links on paypal's site and you should have no problem. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Thank you! Thank you! kiss kiss hug hug! I thought I was going plum nuts. I'll try your suggestions and mail the package to my buyer. I doubt if I'll be with PayPal much longer. The communication system is very confusing to me. I'll get back if I still have a problem. Carla

Thanks, richeddy! I did it successfully. I really appreciate your help. I just might use PayPal again now that I know my way around.
