I've received several emails the last few days from customers asking for payment details on teh auctions they have won. My activated paypal Bidder Notifcation is supposed to be sending messages within an hours of the auction closings. I have a feeling they are not going out.
Some users are experiencing troubles but not all. I have advised tech support and they are trying to locate the issue, as it is impacting only a small number of users.
Have you been specifically notified about this problem by tech support?
I need to know what to do here, as my closing auctions cannot go unattended. We're talking up to 100 auctions with winning bidders over the last 7-10 days and I need to know if notices have and will continue to reach my customers. If not or maybe, I'm going to be in big trouble...

Ive gone over a week without any instant bidder notifications being sent out. Paypal logos aren't showing up for my auctions either. It'd be nice if this problem actually got fixed.

I'm guessing that the changes Ebay has made is affecting Paypal's information to pull information in for the WBN.... my auto logo insertion is NOT working, but if I go to Paypal and tell them to add them, it does work - so that's probably a Paypal problem.
