Hi, well I got an e-mail today from paypal that a claim had been filed because the buyer didn't get what they paid for. WEll, I e-mailed the buyer and she says she went to paypal because I didn't answer her e-mails. (I never got them). Anyway, it turns out she paid me twice for an item back in April. I never noticed, I don't have any problem sending her the refund.
My question is this:
Why does one entry on 4/11 say reversed, one says completed and one for today says pending (it is about one dollar less than the original amount).
We would like to settle this ourselves now that I am aware of the problem. Thank you!

Hi,

The item on 4/11 is the item that is apending reversal (which would also show today's date).

My email is down today, so I will not be able to check this with you until tomorrow. Please drop me an email after you have sent the user the payment back and I will push it through the Buyer Protection team.
