Hello!

How do I verify my new address?

I've moved, and have changed my address with Paypal.

However, my old address is still showing as the verified address.

There doesn't seem to be an option to request a new letter for verification.

I wrote to Paypal customer service and got a canned response.

What should I do?

Hi ziggydog,

Please send me an email with your account email address. I will have someone step you through changing the info.

Confirmed addresses are tied to the credit card verification process (in general). We should also be able to send a manual confirmation.

My credit cards have been changed to the new address, so everything should be set.
