Further to my other postings...what kind of success can one hope to expect by initiating a credit card chargeback for a fraudulent transaction?

A purely objective answer would be appreciated?

Hi,

Charge back issuance is a consumer right granted to consumers by the credit card companies. They are, however, done at the discretion of the issuing credit card company.

I don't foresee you having an issue with your PayPal account if you have to file one. Action is generally taken on accounts with multiple charge backs, which could mean that someone is trying to defraud other users and the company.

thanks paypaldamon

sorry for the multiple questions.

I am just concerned about a very large transaction that went bad recently and have indeed launched an investigation,

through your firm.

cheers
