I need help asap. I have a customer that sent me payment twice. How do I refund one of the payments. Will the fees be reversed?

Im not sure about the fee's...I have always just sent them the amount due back to them, by the same means as you would pay for an auction...

Yeah you would just have to call the business line and let them know. they will reverse the fees.
