I would like to turn off the paypal banner on my auctions but after 30 minutes I have not figured out how to do that.
I do not want to close my paypay acct (not yet anyway) but want to offer it as a last option to the buyer.
If the buyer really wants to use it - would it be unethical for me to require that they pay part of the fees.
Oh yeah how do they get away with charging fees on the shipping and insurance amount.
Sorry but the fees are eating me alive. Any advise.

I am sorry for the delay in getting to this.
You can change your settings under the SELL tab and under the account PROFILE tab.
You did mention fees as a reason for limiting the logo usage. Have you considered going "PayPal Preferred"?. Users can earn 1.5% cashback if they use their debit card for purchases, while listing PayPal as their only method of online payment in the auction listings (users can put whatever they like in the EOA notices).
