I just logged into my PayPal account, and it said they are needing MORE information on confirming the same credit card I have had on file for a year? What's the deal? Good God almighty...... last year I attempted a chargeback. They have more ID on me than any other company I know. And that instance involved funds from my PayPal balance (as you may remember)Nothing involving this credit card or any other.
I realize, PayPal has to eliminate fraud, but, if a user has had a card on file for a year, has used the card with that account, is verified/confirmed/premier account, why the intrusion? Could you tell the powers that be to 'lighten up' or perhaps do a quick screen and pick up the accounts created with no history/little history?
Sorry to vent on you Damon- but this intrusion bugs me. I did nothing to make this happen, and feel I am both an honest buyer and honest seller. I may not be one of the 'big fish' but us little fish using the system outnumber tham anyway, and it is driving us away in droves.

Info sent- hopefully you will be able to resolve it or tell what's going on. I am sure I can't be the only user getting those screens.I of course would like to be able to use my card on file in the future. Thanks in advance.
And I apologize for sounding snippy in the original post - came out sounding a bit more 'miffed' than I intended.

Thanks for addressing the situation Damon. It appears there was a glitch in the system and those screens 'popped up' on a limited amount of users. The customer service (via email) was helpful and easy to understand. Aric did a great job of addressing the issue.
