I need help, I contacted [email protected] about this problem but have not recieved a response from them. Here's what happened I used my card for stamps.com and I paid the normals fees and such, I recently canceled my account from them last month and paid my last fee to them. Then behold I have another charge from them this month. I canceled this service and they are still charging me. I have contacted them about this but recieved and auto response from them and that nothing will be done. I have all documents stating I closed this account. I need advise as to what to do. Please help me!

Do not waste your time talking to them, you should talk to your C.C. bank to get this taking cared of.

Cancel that debit card. You may get lucky and get damon from paypal to help you on this board.

Hi moonlightdesigns,

I've read some threads were stamps.com is apparently having some billing issues. I would recommend contact them first, but I am more than willing to see if our debit card team can provide further guidance.

Damon, I already attempted that 1st but according to them I didn't go through the "appropriate channels" but I did I even recieved the "sorry to see you go" email and then recieved my final statement from them. Now there saying they have no record of me canceling my account. I also read some horror stories of stamps.com doing this, which is one reason I canceled them now, I would truly appriciate any help, I don't want this to happen every single month. Thanks

Hi,

Have you talked to a manager at the company to rectify the situation? If you have proof that the account was canceled, and that your card was charged, they should take care of the reimbursement/crediting.

Damon, I will go ahead and try to call them since I'm no longer getting any responses from them and it's been a few days. If possible can they be blocked from charging my paypal card? Thanks! I'm going to try calling them now.
