Some users had expressed concerns over being downgraded. We did listen to our users and this is how it will go for merchant/standard rate pricing:
- We'll only down grade users if they've have low volume (less than $750) for 3 consecutive months. (instead of currently less than $800 for 2 months)
- They'll get an email if their volume is low for 2 consecutive months (less than $750).

In other words, the promise that PursePal will match any competitor's rates is still a lie -- it only applies for the first three months if the user doesn't do $750 per month of business on PursePal? It appears that Paypal hasn't addressed that major complaint from users.
And speaking of PursePal lies, Damon, you still haven't explained how the purse seller could have "stay[ed] safe from costly chargebacks with our Seller Protection Policy," as yesterday's PursePal promotional e-mail promised.
Or why PursePal won't protect her from a quality of merchandise chargeback when you -- and the PursePal promotional e-mails -- were telling everyone just a couple weeks ago that these were covered in the Seller Protection Policy?
