A buyer forgot to put in the shipping charge for a purchase. How do I get this additional money without paying another 30 cents charge to Paypal?

Have him send you a check.

Have the buyer send it to your personal account, rather than your business or permier account. (You do have both types of accounts, don't you?)

I only have the one account. A check would cost them 34 cents, so that's more than the 30 cents.
