I know the money is in my Paypal account but when I try to get it from the ATM, no dice.

I even redid my passcode at Paypal site to make sure I had the right number. It still doesn't work.

Is there a certain amount of time before you cash can be retrieved through the ATM?

Card works fine when used as a Master Card for purchases.

Are you sure the ATM is connected to either Cirius or Maestro networks?

Not all ATMs take ALL cards! They must be in the correct membership sphere (yada!yada!0

TRY ANOTHER ATM!

and be sure you are taking money from checking and not from cc...
