Have been satisfied PayPal user for 2 years and now want to be able to accept international payments. The form won't let me, however. After I enter my e-mail address and have completed the form, I get
"This e-mail address is already in use by another PayPal user". OF COURSE IT IS --
it's ME. Can you qualify for international only when you sign up originally? It seems I can't figure out how to add "international"
status. Please help. Have international buyer waiting to pay! Many thanks! (Am sure I'm overlooking something!)

Have you checked your preferences? Log on to your PayPal account and click on 'profile', click on 'preferences', click on 'Payment receiving preferences'. Now look to see if the preference "Payments from International Users" is selected as a yes.
If you make any changes on your preferences remember to click on "Save changes" at the bottom of the page.
