seems that in all paypals TOS there is no mention on how long a buyer has to chargeback an item. If this is so then no one can close there account.I am presently in a suit with paypal and would like to know what the industry standards for chargebacks are---------INFINITY ?

For credit cards, the consumer must contact the card issuer within 60 days. The creditor then has a maximum of 90 days to resolve the dispute.
For debit cards, the consumer must contact the card issuer within 60 days. The creditor then has a maximum of 45 days to resolve the dispute.
