Hi Damon -- I paid for merchandise and did not receive it, despite several emails and phone calls to the seller. After weeks of being ignored by the seller, I filed a complaint with paypal. This was over 30 days ago (Case Number: 186156) and I have heard nothing further from paypal. I also sent in the papers to my bank (who owns my Visa account which made the purchase) and am awaiting their response. Should I be calling paypal or should I wait to hear further from my bank? Thank you in advance for your response.

Damon -- thanks, I received an email from paypal today with the findings of the investigation. I was delighted to see that they found the seller to be at fault; however, they are unable to reimburse me due to the seller's paypal account being $0.
