I remember, I hope if correctly, that there used to be a link somewhere where we could find out if someone's email address was with paypal or not so that we could know if they have paypal.
Anyone know of this? We could change the email address in that link and it would tell the status of the email in that link. I am not talking about the verified status link, but the simple link to know if they are members yet or not.

If you try to sent a payment you get a confirmation page that will give the "User Status" if the email address is a member of PayPal there will be a link. If the address is not for a valid PayPal account it will tell you "This recipient is not yet registered."
So if you want to find out if someone has a PayPal account or not just try to send funds, you can cancel the send when it shows you the information you are seeking.

There used to be a place we could see the address/CS Phone number if any when we sent funds to a business account. Where is taht at. I need information about the company I paid.
