In paypal's sec filing it notes there is one outstanding suit. Well I guess that's me. Paypal saw fit to initiate arbritration against me for app 13k, which now has risen to app. 18+k. Having confidence in my lawyers, Hanna and myself have decided to amend our claim against paypal from 300k to an undefined amount. After some 80 hrs. of research by my lawyers I feel very confident that we will win our case and put a stop to paypal's flagrant misuse of peoples rights.
We are scheduled for arbritration in late November or early December and I am looking foward to going to calif. to put a stop to this.
I have also been inundated with emails and phone calls from members of the news media, wanting my story and I plan to invite them to the arbritration proceedings.
It is my sincere hopes that this will help everyone out in their delimma with paypal.

Thanks for your comments but I do play poker. However this is not a game and I'm doing this for all not just myself. I would like it if you would try to help. When my case is proven it will help everyone.
