I have called paypal support to take up a minor question with a debit card issue. I just hung up the phone after being on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes. I understand delays and having to hold but that is insane to wait that long and NEVER talking to a real person. Seems all the upgrades have been taking phones off line instead of adding help. I guess if the idea is to ignore you long enough that you will give up it seems to work. I dont mind waiting my turn but GET REAL !!!!!!!!

It really seemed like 4 hours as I was trying to pacify my 18 month old while on the never ending hold pattern ( or should that be ) anyways I have directed an e-mail your direction. Thanks. TOM
