I started a funds transfer from my Checking account ino my PP account. Because some miscalculations and some fees I wasn't expecting, the balance on my checking account wasn't what I expected and the transfer was unsuccesful. Now, what I didn't knew is that when this happens it counts like a NSF check, and a $25.00 NSF fee was applied to my account. PayPal emailed me telling me that the transfer was going to be re-submitted in a few days, and since I'm currently far from home and cannot fund my account properly, I'm afraid another $25.00 NSF fee will incur. I emailed PP customer service about this, and they say this resubmission can not be cancelled. What can be done? I don't want to lose another $25.00 because PayPal cannot cancel this!
Am I wrong by thinking the $25.00 fee was because of this? I always thought that when a funds transfer is usuccesful, it would fizzle like when you try to withdraw more money than you have on your account on an ATM.
Resubmission will be in 2 days, according to the PP representative.
Any advise can be appreciated.

You can place a stop payment with your bank. It usually costs 5-10 dollars. That way the payment shouldn't be able to go through and you most likely won't incurr the NSF fee.

my bank charges 15 for stop payment,i guess it is the lesser devil??
i fyou are on good standing with your bank, you may talk your way out if this second withdrawal/transfer.
in this case,it pays to know your personal banker.
