Back to this issue above, I just spoke with my supplier and he said that he spoke with Cabot at Paypal and they admitted they have my funds, Also US BANK verifies paypal has the funds, but Paypal tells my vendor that I cancelled the check on the day Paypal closed the account. Now paypal is telling my vendor that they will not give the money to him under any circumstance?
