I have integrated on my site www.AboutPayPal.org an article about the prospects of demanding damages from PayPal for account restrictions. I do have case information about clients having been awarded damages after account restrictions but because I myself am not a US resident, I cannot easily follow the same procedure. However, others may find my article helpful in filing for damages themselves. And of course, I would be thankful for feedback on the topic.
