Apparently Auction Watch accepted the Debit Card issued by Paypal, but every other online site declines it. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I have had this card for quite a while but when I try to use it I keep getting the message it is declined.
I have plenty of money in the account, I subit the 3 letter code on the back and still declined, over and over.
I can use my regular credit card, but I really would rather use this card if I could.

tomwii - I experienced something similar with Sprint PCS. They wouldn't accept the PayPal.Com Debit card BUT ....
The Check Cashing/Debit card from my Credit Union WAS Accepted. The only difference I could initially see was that PayPal is a MasterCard while my Credit Union Debit Cards was Visa.
Go Figure - I was wondering if your debit card was Visa or MC ?

Thank you for answering me. I know I have tried to use it three times, and so far it has been declined each time. I was afraid that I missed a step somewhere on the Paypal site to activate it. I guess I will just take it as it is.
