Hi Damon, I have sent 2 emails filled out asking to down grade my bussiness acct, back to a personal acct. I sent a email early last week, and then another one yesterday, ... I have not heard a word from PP, and my account is still the same. If you need more info, I will email you.......Thanks for your help in this matter. TL

You can do this yourself, this info was on another thread here answered by "uaru".
"For downgrading an account, same thing, log on to your account, click on "Help" and type in "downgrade" and it would tell you this.
If you would still like to downgrade to a Personal account, click here. Please include 'Account Downgrade' in the Subject line. Note: If you are doing business online you are required to have a Premier or Business account. In addition, no fees will be refunded."

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I have all ready done this 2 times, now I have done it again, just now. and my account is still the same.{bussiness}. It is like I am sending them a email. I don't even get a the canned email back. Thanks again for your help. I guess I will just keep trying. TL
