Due to some problems with 'buyer protection', I cancelled my PayPal account last summer. Since I'm not a registered user, I was surprised to see this UCE hit my inbox the other day:

LOL!! Once they lose all of their IPO money I bet they start charging for it. History is bound to repeat itself in their case.
