I have to give "paypaldamon" credit he does get things moving for Paypal users who have faced a deaf ear at Paypal. I haven't received any help yet even after contacting him but from what I've heard I have hope. If they don't get my account problems resolved amicably then I'll just take it to the next level and start contacting local media. Its a pity that a person has to do this kind of thing to get a little customer service.

JIMHHOW:
Either that or 'paypal demon.'
He's simply damage control. He gets on here and does his best to remind people that have issues with paypal to "read their terms of serivce", and he regurgitates paypal's policies and procedures. (Like customers with frozen/restricted $$ REALLY want to hear about policies).

Hi fnewbrough,
My immediate understanding of your account issue is that there is a negative balance. This issue needs to be worked through the account management team.

Paypaldamon,
There is also a very large positive balance in my [email protected] account $11,300 and the other account has negative balance of $5,000 or so dollars. How do I contact someone on the Account Managment team that will work with me? The one lady I kept getting just wouldn't give me any help and I don't want to talk to her again. I have never had a problem like this before and all she did was make me angry. I think Paypal is a wonderful service if one doesn't encounter a problem, I spent some time contacting the top sellers on the Paypal shops and asking them if they have ever had any problems with the service. Most haven't and one TexasBrit said that you were the person to contact. I also asked them if they knew about the site "www.paypalwarning.com" and related my case to them. Most had very glowing words for Paypal, I used to feel the same way myself before this but the indifference I encountered with restricted accounts dept changed my mind. I probably contacted about 20 sellers and about 1 in 10 were alarmed by www.paypalwarning.com and I intend to keep going down the list until I get the opinion of every TOP seller and let every one of them know about "www.paypalwarning.com" until someone contacts me and helps me get this resolved. Thanks for your response.
Please shoot me an email with the email addresses of both accounts. I will see if account management can work the restriction, as well as the negative balance issue.
Thank you for your patience. My apologies for not getting more involved to date, but i am swamped with emails at the moment.

DealerJim ... you crack me up!!! LOL
Damon ... why can't you give this guy a way to contact "account management" directly? I've asked several times for the phone number or email addy of your "fraud division". The first time you told me to send it to you and you would forward it on because you didn't have access to that information. My other 2 requests for this were ignored. Seems it would be a lot easier to speak to someone who is handling these things directly instead of a middleman.
Didn't PayPal announce they went from 3 customer service reps to 500? Where are they??? If this is your "new improved customer service," I'd sure hate to see the old service.
