hi there,

I could use some help. I have a buyer who says she has send the money, but it never appeared in my account. Now this has happened before, and usually they made a mistake in the e-mail address for submitting the payment. Is there any way she can find out where she accidently send the money to?
Or even if she did send it at all or it went unclaimed. I could use some help on this.

Tell her to LOOK at her transaction!

IT should state "UNCLAIMED" -- which means it went NOWHERE to NOBODY!

All she has to do is: CANCEL the INCORRECT transaction & RE-SEND to YOU with the CORRECT email addy!

I get this so often that I now ask folks NOT to pay me until I send them an INVOICE!

Basically, lots of people don't know how to COPY&PASTE!
