Are the PayPal debit cards NOT working today?
I heard in the Ebay outlook that they weren't. I haven't tried to use mine, was planning on it, but I sure don't want to try at say the grocery store and it be rejected.
I think you may want to go to the ebay outlook and let them know.

Do you have any info about the problem with the card's? Mine still isn't working. Down time was set for yesterday! Should be working by now!

"Maintenance"... during the day?? I think Damon means unscheduled maintenance. It would appear that PayPal doesn't know how to run a data center either!

Mine worked online to buy postage, now to see if it'll work somewhere else.. I sure am NOT gonna take it to a cashier in the grocery store and have them tell me declined... I'll try an ATM

Well the card worked. I went to Staples, not online, the actual and had no problems.
But I did bring my credit card just in case.
But it worked
and had no problems.
