How is it that the email I recieved last night is saying that the WBN are NOT live, when I have several in my inbox (replys from customers), with MY name on them and a message I did not write? Why did they not just say, "We are sorry", instead of making it sound like the users are mistaken?
Bottom line...
#1 Paypal is saying is in not live YET, when it has been...
#2 Paypal is saying that we get to choose whether we would like to use this service or not, when I did not get to choose...
I feel like this has been enough of a hassle for us (those of us who were lucky enough to have this happen), that we deserve a HONEST explanation
Thank You
(I have included a copy of one of the "NOT LIVE function" messages)

Hi kckckc,
Answers next to 1 and 2.
(it was live for several hours yesterday and is not live now)
#2 Paypal is saying that we get to choose whether we would like to use this service or not, when I did not get to choose...(the original feature was going to be auto opt-in (or opt-out) based on past choices, but is being redesigned, because of the notification issues to be opt-in.
I feel like this has been enough of a hassle for us (those of us who were lucky enough to have this happen), that we deserve a HONEST explanation
Thank You
