NEW way to FIGHT Paypal Restrictions & Other Problems
If you have a problem with Paypal there is a NEW effective way to fight and get results. File a complaint with the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission). You see, if your funds are in their money market account (the interest account), they are regulated by the SEC. The SEC will not suffer Paypal's stalling or blocking of your money market funds which are in your name. Complain here:

Paypal can try to ignore you but they cannot ignore the SEC. Period. Thanks to Fnewborough on another board for pointing out this avenue of complaint. Fnewborough, I hope you will add your experience using this new avenue of effective resolution.
My story was that when I had my Paypal problems I was able to get results by complaining to Travelers insurance which used to be used by Paypal. This was very effective because Paypal could not ignore Travelers and they helped me. That avenue was soon taken away (Travelers ceased doing business with Paypal). Now complaining to the SEC is a new way powerful way to combat Paypal not helping you when they are supposed to!
