DOES ANYONE HAVE A ROLLING RESERVE BESIDES ME? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Paypal Damon I need your help. I have not gotten any type of customer service from Paypal. My primary email address was [email protected], but I had to cancel my aol account. My new email address is [email protected]. I haven't gotten any emails from Paypal on how to un-restrict my account.
Because My account access is restricted, I am not able to switch my email addresses. I called paypal several times, and they told me they would be able to work this out for me. I have been calling Paypal almost every day since this has happened. I also called Charles Spencer several times, but no luck there either. You've helped me before, so hopefully you can help me again.

Yea, Paypal keeps I think 7 % of my sales for chargebacks or complaints. They said it would be held for 180 days, and then get reflected into my balance. This rolling reserve started in April, and it is now almost November. That's over 200 days, and I have yet to see anything, let a lone get my account back up.

Its is rolling, they will continue to hold that seven percent it may be released after 180 days but then another 7% is held for future chargebacks thus the term rolling. You must have had a significant amount of complaints or chargebacks and this reserve is kept to protect them againt you closing your account and leaving them high and dry. The final sum would be returned to you until 180 days AFTER you have CLOSED your account all together.
