I was charged twice on my PayPal account today when I used the debit card. I used one to ship some packages and the other at walMart. I called PayPal and they fixed it promptly and apologized for the inconvenience. I still have the two charges on my account? This is getting scary. I am concerned and would like to know if anyone has had this problem.

I have had this problem in the past and it will clear itself but can take up to 10 days.
