I am glad to see that vendio has now automated the post sale #9 "feedback received" option, but I wish they would go one step farther by posting preset feedback for me once feedback has been received from my customers. I spend a lot of time answering emails from customers that ask me to post feedback for them. Maybe it could be set up so that if POSITIVE has been received, then POSITIVE will be left, but if any other feedback has been left, then no automatic feedback will be left. This would save me about 1/2 hour per day, and would make my customers more likely to give me repeat business. What do you say, Vendio? Can you help us out?
