Thanks for your help Cheryl, all my files are uploaded into Public html folder, all permissions have been changed to 755 and still says under construction at www.number1costumes.com
I need Vendio to check if a 'switch has to be thrown' or something and I can't get them to ANSWER ME. I wonder if I could get a refund and go back to MyHosting.

What you need to do is change the name of a file. There is one put in there by Vendio called index. Rename it to index2 and surprise - your site will be up as long as you loaded your own "index" file. That's all there is to it!
