I have been on Auction Watch (now called Vendio) for many, many years. Now with increased fees, poor picture quality and added fees I've tried to close down my account for over two weeks. They still charge my credit card $31.10 this month and I can't get customer support. Terrible customer service and if you look on site map there is NO postings on HOW TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT. I regret referring service to so many people as whey too will have same problem. So much cheaper to use the Ebay services... for only a few pennies compared to this. If anyone know how to close out your account would appreciate knowing... THANKYOU.

I just closed my account after much searching as to 'how to' do so. At the bottom of the screen, you will find customer service. Click on. On this screen, there will be a 'Search Knowledge Base' prompt. Type in 'account cancellation' or 'cancel account'. At this point, Vendio will give instructions--you have to email them in order to close out your account and give the reason why. I'm not sure why you have to send a 'personal' email to cancel. I've just done so myself, but will have to wait to see how quickly they cancel or if they do at all! Hope this helps. MW

I too experienced similar problem as the OP. I sent them an email on 19th October ( through a customer service link on this site) asking that my account be closed ASAP. I was unhappy with Vendio's new sneak policy of charging for photo storage without first notifying customers about their change in policy. I got an email from their customers service the next day saying they were sorry to lose me and inquired the reason behind my decision. I gave them my reason and thought that took care of the matter.

Apparently, they haven't closed my account yet. Unfortunately, they still have my CC info on file and I received a bill for $2.95 on Saturday and it's been already charged on my card. I am really pissed off! I've sent them several emails since Saturday and still no response forthcoming from them.
